Menu includes:
Cured duck breast
Roasted oysters on the half shell with melted herb cheese
Garlic mushrooms
Apple, currant and walnut salad
Saxon or Nettle bread
Roasted apples and onions with lemon and elderflower
Pickled blackberries
Raspberry-rose petal jam
Butter and red fruit pudding
